My friend was visiting me from abroad and wanted to see something unique in Canada so I took him to the Japanese garden. He absolutely loved it as he said the vibe of this place was really good.

Where support Japan Band. Kyoto Tachibana SHS Band in 2018 Rose Bowl Parade was my all time favorite. Wish it was them again but I will support Japan's entry.

It's always a good time with great food, talented entertainment, beautiful flower displays, and camaraderie. We like shopping at sakura for snacks and the church booth for handmade one of a kind items. We wish we knew where that yummy bakery iced white cake is from! Have to wait for August 1x a year!

This event is exceptionally disappointing. I drove from Palm Springs to see a CHERRY BLOSSUM FESTIVAL and instead i get to a mall where they have Japanese vendors. Not ONE Cherry Blossum anything! Never again, waste of time and money!

This so called "Buddhist" festivity is shameful! The basic teachings of Buddhism are to exercise respect and kindness towards all living creatures, yet this festivity violates the very basic principals of buddhism by serving the tormented and murdered dead bodies of innocent animals in BBQ's and giving live fish in plastic bags as gifts. Most of these poor fish will endure a slow, agonizing death by suffocating in that plastic bag before they make it to any home, others will probably endure the horror of being flushed down a toilet or just being tossed on the trash. The few ones that may make it to a home will also die a slow dead when put on faucet water. Faucet water has chloramine and this is lethal to fish and most people had no idea on how to care for them. SHAME SHAME SHAME!
